Hier werden von jedem Team-Mitglied folgende Fragen beantwortet:
- Was hast Du gestern gemacht?
- Was machst Du heute?
- Was hindert Dich Deine Arbeit zu machen?
Das Protokoll (Excel) wird anschliessend aufs Team-Wiki hochgeladen und per plug-in der Reiter "Today" ausgelesen. So kann jedes Teammitglied im Wiki schnell das Tagesgeschehen einsehen.

In fact we are added Task Board in TargetProcess (will be released in TP 2.4 next month) that powers daily scrums.
It allows to change task states and report remaining time (question 1), quickly add and assign tasks (question 2), add and see impediments (question 3). So I hope with release of TP 2.4 you will use TP for daily scrums as well :)

Also if you feel it is not a replacement, them we would like to hear what should be added to completely replace Excel (this is our goal in fact :)
Hi Michael, thanks for your comment. It's quite interesting to handle daily scrum with TargetProcess instead of Excel. I will have a look for your new feature and give you feedback.
